- When the appointment is made the client can be asked to confirm the

 attendance of the dog to the appointment. If the client does not confirm the

 attendance of the dog to the appointment within the requested timeframe, the

 appointment will be given to other clients on the waiting list.

 

DE-MATTING:

We will do our utmost best to trim/groom your dog according to your desires, therefor when a dog comes in matted we evaluate the situation and give the owner two options:

 

-  De-matt at owners expense, AFL. 20,- every half hour extra on the price of the

   chosen grooming service.

-  Shave down and start over.

 

Since de-matting process is very time consuming and the owner chooses to

dematt at own expense, we can arrange another appointment where the

groomer has more time to perform this task.

 

We will de-matt a dog as long as it can be done painlessly. If we notice during

the de-matting process that the dog is in discomfort and feels pain, than Fluffy

Paws Exclusive reserves the right to terminate the de-matting process and shave

down the dog. We ultimately strive for the well-being of the dog. (see also FAQ)

 

Since the grooming salon is situated on our home property:

 

-  Dogs that come in must be on a leash or carried.

-  If your dog has to go potty we kindly ask you to pick up after your dog.

-  The owner will be charged for any harm caused to salon/home property due

   to misconduct of the dog and/or owner.

 

FLEA AND TICKS:

We do not take dogs that are infested with flea and ticks or have worms.
