Please take our following policies into consideration:

 

-  We do not take puppies that are NOT up to date with their

   vaccine shots. They must have all four vaccinations  in

   order prior to coming to an appointment. After the fourth

   vaccination the owner has to wait 10-14 days before we

   can take  the puppy.

 

-  ALL adult dogs are required to have their yearly vaccines

   up to date. When you come to your first appointment,

   remember to bring your veterinary booklet or vaccination

   documentation so we can register the vaccination date in

   your dog’s file.

 

-  All services are provided based on the manageability of the

   dog. Fluffy Paws Exclusive reserves the right to terminate any

   grooming procedure if the dog is showing unacceptable/bad

   behavior. The owner is still responsible to pay for the chosen

   grooming service in Full.

 

-  We work 1 on 1 with your dog so therefor only work

   with appointments. The client is required to be on time.

   A missed appointment is loss of money and and loss of

   opportunity for other clients who are on the waiting list.

   Therefor we ask if you can not make it to an appointment,

   please call 1-2 days in advance.

 

DE-MATTING:

 

We will do our utmost best to trim/groom your dog according to your desires, therefor when a dog comes in matted we evaluate the situation and give the owner two options:

 

-  De-matt at owners expense, AFL. 20,- every half hour

   extra on the price of the chosen grooming service.

-  Shave down and start over.
