Do you sedate dogs?

We do NOT sedate dogs and we don’t accept dogs that are sedated. These dogs need to be groomed at a veterinary clinic with a vet on site in case of any reactions or problems.

 

Do you groom cats ?

No, we do not groom cats.

 

“My dog is completely matted but I like the long coat . It looks much nicer than a short cut. Can you save the coat and make my dog look beautiful and fluffy?”

After careful evaluation the groomer can offer you 2 options:

 

* De-matt at own expense (this is applicable if the dog is not severely matted

 and it can be done painlessly) or

 

* shave down and start over.

 

Don’t be surprised if the groomer will not de-matt. If the matting is too extensive the only option you will be given is to shave down your pet. A caring groomer will not torture a pet because you do not want it shaved. Remember, it is not the groomer’s fault that your pet has fallen into this condition. Many dogs are much happier when they finally feel free of all those matts since these can pull on the

            skin and cause irritation. The dog can also

            have a skin condition and/or pests under

            the matt and the owner doesn’t even know it.
